What we do - Youth midweek

Midweek

Challengers meets during term time on a Friday night 7.30-9.30 and have a variety of activities click here for current programme.

During 2012 Challengers have supported the Teenage Cancer Trust and for Christmas we raised money for the Crisis Centre Ministries. For both we raised £1,080.

In 2013 we were raising money for Hope for Life Katanga who provide community education for some of the world's poorest children in a Ugandan slum.

The charity for 2014 is Compassion, an amazing charity who release children from poverty all across the world.

In 2015 we chose to support the Kira Project in Burundi and we raised £460 during our All Nighter in February.

Genesis - Youth housegroup - Years 7-13

Genesis meets on Wednesday nights at various houses from 7.30pm - 9.00pm anyone aged 11-18 is welcome.  Our aim is to create a safe space for questions, learning and friendships, as well as doing silly things and having lots of fun!  Evenings usually start with a bit of a social catch up and biscuit eating fest, then alternate between bible studies, exploring big life issues, Q & A sessions or creative prayer.  Thanks to some budding musicians we often have a music spot too.  We have socials throughout the year; cinema, Christmas shopping, BBQ on the beach.
