Join us for family fun this year!We love families and children and think they're one of God's great ideas, but we know parenting can be hard work, sometimes lonely and often expensive, which is why we host free and low-cost family fun activities in the summer holidays and school half terms. We are committed to supporting families of all shapes and sizes and building a community together who love and care for each other. Come join us!

Join us for a very special Cludo Christmas event, with a live retelling of the Nativity story in the Ark Arena. Kids can come in costume, or borrow ours. Will they be a sheep? Mary? An angel? With carols led by the wonderful GVC choir.
Then stay and enjoy a fabulous family day out, with lots of animals to see, trampolines, play areas, and more! Tickets are £8 per person, which is a significant saving on the gate price of £17 per child/£22 adult. We also have discounted and free tickets available for families in financial need - please ask Carol on carol@gvc.org.uk. No need to book in advance, when you arrive quote 'Cludo Nativity' on the door to get this special price. |
Summertime is Cludo-time!
We had a fab time this summer with 3 full days of Cludo fun at St Joseph's School, we enjoyed music, crafts, sports, bible stories, science and quizzes in the morning. Lunchtime we invited parents and carers to join us and picnic together, before afternoons of family fun - a fun sports challenge, an entertainment and magic show with Jon Bonner, an activities afternoon with rocket-making, puppets, miniature gardens, iced biscuits, football and more! We also enjoyed an afternoon outing to the trains at Ashton Court, a family swim at Portishead Lido, and a special Cludo Sunday, where we proved church and bouncy castles can mix! Plans are afoot for Cludo Summer 2024.... more details to follow! |
